Shipping & Delivery Policy
Our commitment is to dispatch your orders promptly, with shipment occurring on the next working day or within 48 hours, in any case. For customers residing in Metros and Tier-1 cities, expect your products to be delivered within 2 working days, while those in other parts of India may experience delivery times of 3-4 working days.
Please be aware that delivery is restricted to specific pin-code/locations. To verify delivery options for a particular product, utilize the 'Check Delivery' option on the product page.
Stay informed about your shipment's progress at every stage, from order placement and processing to being ready for dispatch and eventual delivery. Track your orders conveniently through 'My Account -> Orders.'
While our usual shipping timeframe is prompt, there may be instances where we take up to 3 working days to dispatch an order. Shipments are made on all weekdays (Monday to Saturday), excluding Sundays and public holidays.
To ensure the swift and safe delivery of your order, we exclusively use reputable courier agencies. Despite our best efforts to adhere to delivery timelines, please anticipate a potential delay of 0-2 days due to courier workload.
While we strive to ship all items in a single order together, it may not always be feasible due to product characteristics or availability.
Please note that all items will be dispatched with an invoice indicating the price, in compliance with Indian Tax Regulations.
We want to clarify that we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by courier companies/postal authorities. Our commitment is to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days from the order and payment date, or as per the agreed-upon delivery date during order confirmation.
