Management, Microcontroller based design), inverter, integrated controller and relevant
protection circuits. Single card system that requires only mains transformer, body. All Accessories
mounted on card.
When main power is normal, which is in the input voltage range of INVERTER, it will be output to
load after being filtered, as well as built-in charger recharges battery.
When main power is abnormal (under 120V) or failure, INVERTER will automatically turn to
battery mode. If main power recovers within stated backup time, INVERTER will turn back to
main power mode; if main power could not recover within stated backup time and battery
discharge to ending voltage, INVERTER will cut inverter output and stop to protect the battery.
Overload protection: Under main power mode, the input fuse will break to protect input circuit;
under inverter mode, INVERTER will automatically enter limited output status till stop.
Short-circuit protection: Under main power mode, the input fuse will break; under inverter mode,
INVERTER will immediately shut down.
Battery over discharge protection: During inverter mode, internal detective circuit will monitor
battery status. When battery voltage reduces to ending voltage, inverter will be shut to protect
battery. High Performance TRUE SINEWAVE INVERTER CARD (500VA - 7.5KVA)
True Sine wave inverter card is an efficient and reliable system, which outputs pure sine wave, based on high frequency PWM. The output has low distortion giving longer life to appliances and lower heat loss leading to an overall efficiency.
The DSP based systems ensures lower component failure, hence higher reliability. The system is highly fault tolerant and no component failure has been observed under output short circuit, overload and output wrongly connected to phase.
The SMPS Technology based Battery charging system ensures faster charging and safe charging. Because of the low ripple currents longer battery life is projected. Batteries are charged from an input mains voltage as low as 120V.
Charging control: This has an advanced charging system that employs the best of two worlds; a bulk charge state and a finishing charge state with tapered current control for low gassing. Battery will be charged under constant current. After the constant current phase is over than the charger will charge the battery till the set END VOLTAGE with a tapering current, at end of charge, the battery will float at 2.18v/cell. If mains supply is below 140vac charging current is limited to 5 amps.
